          Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.

          We offer returns with refunds or exchanges.

          In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

          • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

          • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

          • The item must be returned with original tags and packaging. 

          We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item.

          Please make sure to track your returned parcel via the website/app of your chosen courier to ensure the parcel does not get lost. We are not liable for lost returns.

          Any items which return damaged may not be refunded or exchanged.

          RETURNS

          Please access the returns portal on our website to proceed with a return. Once a request is submitted, you will be sent an email with instructions.

          Fees for Returning an Order
           
          • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
           
          • A £1.20 return processing fee per item will be deducted from refunds issued.
           
           
          Please note: Only one discount code can be applied per order. The free shipping off cannot be combined with any other promotional codes at checkout.
