Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.
We offer returns with refunds or exchanges.
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

The item must be returned with original tags and packaging.
We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item.
Please make sure to track your returned parcel via the website/app of your chosen courier to ensure the parcel does not get lost. We are not liable for lost returns.
Any items which return damaged may not be refunded or exchanged.

Please access the returns portal on our website to proceed with a return. Once a request is submitted, you will be sent an email with instructions.
